It’s always nice to stay at the Alpine. The rooms are clean and the beds super comfortable but the lack of staff is a drag. I stayed two nights and on the second could not locate my room key number. I sat in the car at 11 pm trying to find it in my email. It took 30 minutes before I finally found it. I wish there was a number to call but I tried that on another stay and didn’t get an answer until the next day. Nevertheless this is a nice place to stay

Important to pay attention to whether you are booking Northside (no lake view, street view) or lakeside. We had very noisy neighbors during our stay, screaming, swearing. Police came. The lake is beautiful, boat use is a great plus! You have to request to have your room cleaned during your stay.

The only problem was that the WiFi service was spotty.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is great. Walmart is across the street and lots of restaurants nearby. However the room and hallways were stuffy and had poor ventilation. The ac in the room was so underpowered that it took 2 hours for room to get cold. Breakfast area was very small and congested in mornings. We barely had place to sit and stand there. The property of this size could use a larger breakfast area and replenish the items faster. For second day we skipped hotel breakfast just to avoid waiting and crowds. Pool was cold even though indoors.
